We will endeavour to have your site live within 21 days. This is dependent on you be able to provide us with the required collateral (menus, photos, information) and signing-off promptly at the requires stages.
Can I edit my website myself?
You will have access to an admin portal that will allow you to create and edit menu items, events and announcements. If you need to update any other information, just reach out and we can update that for you.
How does your support work?
We are right beside you on your website journey. Our team is contactable via e-mail, 7 days a week. We respond to any within 24 hours.
Does Busboy own my domain?
No, you will always own your own domain name. When you’re ready to launch your site, we’ll help ensure your new site displays on your domain.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, at any stage you can upgrade to a new plan.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your Busboy site anytime after the 6-month minimum contract. We require 14 days notice in advance of your next payment. Upon cancellation, we’ll wind down your website and put it into hibernation. At this point you will need to organise to point your domain at another provider.
Does Busboy integrate with my e-mail newsletter?
Yes, Busboy can integrate with all of the major newsletter providers. This ensures you can capture customer’s data directly from your website.
What branding do I need?
You will need to provide, at a minimum, a logo and your food and drink menu(s) in order to get started with the design process. Ideally, you have a style guide that details your brand’s use of colours and fonts, although this is not required.
What if I don't have professional photos?
If you need a professional photo shoot, we can organise that for you – providing you are in a capital city.
What if I have multiple locations?
